Enjoy free shipping on orders over €70!
We use PostNL to deliver your package. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. You can expect your package to arrive within 1–3 business days in the Netherlands and up to 7 business days within the EU after placing your order.

Returns
Sometimes you may accidentally choose the wrong size or find that a product does not fully meet your expectations. No worries! You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start the return process, simply send us an email or contact us through our contact form.
Once we have received your request, we will send you a free return label by email. All you need to do is drop off your package at your nearest post office. We will process your return within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving it.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

As part of our sustainability efforts, we aim to minimize the use of plastic in our packaging.
After inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method. You are always welcome to reorder the correct product or continue shopping in our store.

Orders
We aim to ship your order the same day. Once your package is on its way, you can expect delivery within 1 to 3 business days in the Netherlands and up to 7 business days within Europe, depending on the carrier.
For orders outside of Europe, delivery may take a little longer, but don’t worry we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Everything available on our website is in stock and ready to ship. No dropshipping and no long waiting times.
If you would like to make a change to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
